The standard processing time for orders is 3-5 business days to be processed and shipped. Orders placed after 10:00 AM (AEST) may be processed the following business day. Processing and shipping times may vary during peak seasons, such as collection launches, holidays, or sales events. Once your order has been confirmed, shipping address or shipping method changes cannot be accommodated.
We are unable to amend the shipping address or the shipping method after checkout.
Once an order has been shipped, an email with your shipment's tracking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery status of their shipment once it leaves our warehouse.
ZIMPHYSIQUE offers free standard shipping for orders over $150 AUD within Australia. Orders typically arrive 4-7 business days after being dispatched from our distribution centre in Australia.
For orders below $150 AUD, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your package.
Important Notes:
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
- Orders cannot be combined into a single shipment if placed separately.
International shipping rates vary and are calculated during checkout based on your location and the estimated weight of your package.
Customs Fees, Import Taxes, and Duties:
For all international orders, the total amount paid at checkout includes all applicable customs duties and taxes. There will be no additional charges on delivery.
Processing Time:
International orders are shipped via express courier (air). Please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Shipping methods for international orders cannot be changed.
If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address or phone number, it will be returned to ZIMPHYSIQUE at your expense.
For missed deliveries, the package will be held at your local courier centre for pickup. If the package is not collected within the specified timeframe, it will be returned to us at your expense.
For international customers, if a package is refused or delivery is not accepted, the package will be returned to ZIMPHYSIQUE at your expense. This expense includes return shipping, customs duties, and taxes incurred, which will be deducted from your refund.
Packages held at customs for over 30 days will be deemed abandoned. Abandoned packages will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
If your package arrives damaged or opened, please take photos of the damage before checking the contents inside. Submit a claim directly with the courier and email us at support@zimphysique.com with the details and photos for further assistance.
